tell me if the dimensions given are internal or external, if they are

In regards to the Tom and Will Mandolin Gig-Bag which you have seen on eBay, the dimensions and information on this product is as follows:
INTERNAL MEASUREMENTS: 66cm (26") long x 28cm (11") wide (at the widest point) x 10cm (4") depth
EXTERNAL MEASUREMENTS: 71cm (28") long x 30cm (12") wide (at the widest point) x 14cm (5 1/2") depth
The bag also has 20mm padding and the weight on this bag is 0.86kg.
Please note, the bag is suitable for A-Style or Teardrop instruments. This is NOT suitable for F-Style (Scroll or Bluegrass Mandolins).
