There are 2 ways in which you can try an instrument.
1. We have a specially designed, acoustically treated live room available for customers to try instruments at our premises in Burton-upon-Trent.. Simply call us before you come and we will ensure all items are checked and ready for your arrival. if you are happy with the instrument then you can purchase it there and then and take it away on the day.
2. The other option is to purchase the instrument and then return it within the Normans 14 Day returns period. All details of this can be found here. By opting for this choice, you are then able to take your instrument to band practice, or play for a lengthy time at home, before making a decision. Obviously this option does carry its risks, as if you damage the item however slightly, we will be unable to accept the return. In the unlikely event that you do return to us, once the item has been fully checked over we will refund you.
