Hi Folks.
We are getting a few sage pay payment which are coming through as fraud and we are getting stung for it!
Please note the following:
- Add delivery address to the sage pay payment screen if different from Invoice address
- Please make sure you check any sage pay payment 20-30 mins after you've taken payment.
Anything fraud will look like this: a yellow or red shield. At this point I would delete the order, then we need to call sage pay and find out why. 08451114455, they will ask for the Merchant Number (like below)
