Once your order has been picked, packed and passed to one of our delivery partners we will send you an email to confirm it's on the way along with a copy of your invoice. The delivery method used will be shown just above the delivery address on the invoice.

Smaller items are usually sent via Royal Mail 48, and Standard Deliveries usually arrive within 2-5 working days of your order being placed.  They may also be delivered on a Saturday depending on the dispatch date. For more information on our Royal Mail 48 service please click here. 

Larger/Heavier items, are shipped using DPD and Standard Deliveries usually arrive within 2-5 days of your order being placed. On the morning of delivery DPD will send you a text and/or email to confirm your 1 hour delivery time slot. If you are not available then simply reply to the text or use their online service to rearrange the delivery. If you are out when they attempt delivery they will leave a ‘calling card’ and try again on the next working day. Alternatively, you can arrange to collect your parcel from a local parcel shop or collection point. For further information on our DPD service please click here.

Extra large items (for example Digital Pianos and Double Basses) are shipped via Arrow XL. This specialist 2 man delivery service will pick up your goods from our warehouse and contact you to arrange a convenient date and time to deliver your goods. This is usually done within 2-5 working days of placing your order. They will also call you half an hour prior to delivery to confirm that they are on their way.  For more information on our Arrow XL service, please click here.

We also use Palletways for extra large items (for example Clavinovas) and delivery is usually made within 2-5 days of placing your order. Palletways will contact you directly to book in your delivery. As these are very large items, they will strip and retain the pallet, however are not able to take goods inside the property. We would advise having somebody else on hand when this is delivered to help. We do request the driver contact you 1 hour prior to delivery to confirm somebody is available at the delivery address. Piano deliveries, due to their bespoke nature, are delivered by a specialist firm and our warehouse team will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date. 

Express Shipping 
On the majority of our products we offer an Express Shipping option for a small surcharge. If this is available on the item you have ordered, and to the delivery location requested, you will be presented with the option at checkout. Express deliveries to UK mainland are Next Working Day (Monday to Friday) providing your order is placed by 2:00pm. A full breakdown of our Express Shipping  charges and transit times  can be found in the 'How long will my delivery take to arrive?' section below. Weekend Shipping
To make things easier for those who are unable to accept deliveries during the week, we also offer a Weekend Delivery service within the UK. This is available on many items and the option will be shown at checkout if available to you. Orders will need to be placed before 2:00pm on Friday for delivery that weekend. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following weekend. They will be delivered by DPD who will attempt delivery on Saturday and if unsuccessful they will try again on Sunday. Their Predict service will give you a 1 hour window and allow you to reschedule should it be necessary. For further information on our DPD service please click here.
