Normans Musical Instruments

Hello,

I'd like to buy my daughter a flute but if possible I'd like to spread the cost with monthly payments. Do you offer any services like that? 

Any advice would be great!

Thanks for your email. 

You have a few options open to you.

1) If your child's school operates with the Music for Schools Foundation, we supply the instruments for them. They have a variety of Instrument, Lesson-Only or outright purchase schemes you may be interested in. If you're at all unsure you can visit them at http://www.mfsf.org.uk/ or call them on 0845 375 2466.

2) Alternatively, you can visit our own rental website at http://www.normansrental.co.uk/. 

These packages are designed for the cautious parent who's not sure if their child is going to keep playing the instrument. They're 2 year agreements for a charge of £12 or £15 a month (depending on instrument) but have the added security that at any time after 3 months and before the end of the 23rd month the instrument can be returned to us with no strings, meaning you don't pay any more fees.

However if you keep up your payments, after the 24 months the instrument is yours to keep!

This option can be completed online.

3) You can also look into the "Take it Away" scheme offered by the Arts Council England.

This scheme is a 0% finance agreement which can be taken out on ANY instrument. You can make the payments over 9 or 18 months (depending on cost) with a minimum first payment of 10% - if you wanted to have lower monthly repayments you can raise this to a desired amount.

4) If you're looking at a Yamaha, the instrument may be available on the Duet Finance scheme. This is another 0% finance agreement specifically tailored for Yamaha instruments available over 10 or 12 months. Some instruments are not offered, so you'll need to double check with us.
