After I put the Forums on the left hand side bar of Zendesk last week, I thought it might be good to add some other websites there that we all use. So far I've added Normans Website, DPD and also Arrow XL.
Therefore, should you need to log on to Arrow to track parcels, you can do so by clicking on the link, logging in and on the left hand side choose OTIS (Log in details are NOR SUPPORT password is USER1). When on this, you can click on postcode search and enter the postcode of the delivery address. This will give you the tracking details for a customer. If you click into the tracking details, it will give you a breakdown of the tracking information.
On DPD, the sign in details is NORMANS and NORMANS!!, and therefore when you are tracking a parcel, it will give you a more detailed description of the delivery status.
