Hi All,
As most of you are aware, we have been having problems with conflicting IP addresses between the phones and PC's. In order to resolve we need to refresh the IP addresses on each PC in turn as we reboot them.
Please make sure that your computers are turned off tonight (or Saturday for the Shop) and if you come in on Monday morning and your PC is still switched off, do not use it until you have checked with me.
Fingers crossed that this will resolve the issue but I'm not going to promise anything!
