As part of my drive to increase the pro-activity of our Sales Team we're having a little 'shuffle' in responsibilities, primarily to ensure that the skills of each team member are maximised fully.
Hayley will be taking on the role of Sales Office Manager with responsibility for ensuring that the team runs efficiently, enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner and the workload is distributed appropriately. Please direct any Sales enquiries to her in the first instance and she will assign to the most suitable person. Any customer feedback for Sales (good or bad!) should also be passed on to Hayley so that she can act on it accordingly.
Jonty will be given a more sales focussed role as Product Manager with his main objective being selling rather than organising. As product expert he will be on hand to advise both staff and customers on our ever expanding range of instruments and accessories. He will be also be developing our Business and International accounts as well as supporting John at Trade Exhibitions and Conferences where required.
I am confident that this realignment will prove a positive move in the development of our Sales team, ultimately helping us to sell more, and trust you will all give both Hayley and Jonty your full support.
