HI All, 

When putting an online order manually onto an account, please can you ensure the same details are on the account as the most recent order. 

We've had 1 recently where it's duplicated because the lady had ordered previously from us in 2011 by Amazon, and her recent order last week (through our website) had gone onto the Amazon account, and obviously when the order has come down automatically, it hasn't realised it's already posted on the Amazon account due to the email address so it won't pick it up.
