Further to an ebay customer trying to claim compensation for a failed delivery, thought I'd send this round for your perusal.

It's not an easy one for customers to claim against/make stick as there are a lot of grey areas and ultimately requires them to go through courts, which most people wouldn't bother with. As far as I'm aware, nobody has successfully claimed against us to date.
Worth knowing though, you may even use it personally if being let down by a supplier!
