Just to let you know that tomorrow morning at around 10:00am Cobweb are upgrading our Microsoft Exchange to Version 2013. You won't notice any real difference in the way it works other than I'm told the mailbox size will increase from 2gb to 25gb!
Please can you make sure that your PC has the Windows Service Pack 3 update installed (Check with Gary if you're unsure!).
At some point in the morning your Outlook will Close Down and Reopen, you will probably see a message along the lines of 'Administrator has made a change' make sure you 'Allow' this change.
Those using mobile devices to access emails will also need to re-enter server details, I'll let you know how to do this tomorrow once they've sent me all the details.
Apologies for the short notice, I only got a phone call about it today, so no doubt there will be a bit of fun and games tomorrow morning!
