Hi All, (mainly to Sales)

If a customer returns items through the shop, please DO NOT refund. Me or Hemehra will authorise the refund to ensure this is done correctly through the right channels. 

Once this is done, please add a note onto the item with the ticket number and move to the 'returns in' section in the warehouse (the same place as they go when they first get delivery by courier/Royal Mail). 

If you're unsure where this is, please speak to Dan/Sam so you know for future.

As always, no returns should be authorised without Me or Susanne saying so! Same rules apply to customers over the phone as they do in the shop.
