Hello,

We are looking to buy a clarinet for our daughter & just wondered if you run the assisted instrument purchase scheme ?

Thanks

Jane

Good morning,

Many thanks for your email.

We do accept Assisted Instrument Purchase Scheme (AIPS) orders. The procedure would be to ask your school to place the order with us. As long as your school is also happy to do this, they would send us a purchase order for the instrument, stating that it is an AIPS purchase. We would then despatch the item to your school, and you would pay the school for the instrument (excluding VAT!).

There are some conditions and terms to be aware of, such as the kind of instrument you wish to purchase, and the kind of school your child attends (AIPS is only an option for Local Authority schools).

At Normans, we also offer something called "AIPS+" which gives you extra benefits if you make your AIPS purchase with us.

These extra benefits include:

-Free next day delivery
-Free instrument inspection after 12 months - which includes small adjustments and repairs
-Extended 5 years warranty, free on all instruments over £150
-A free £10 gift voucher for the student, to help them to purchase accessories etc. when needed

Please see the following link from our website, for further details:

To take advantage of AIPS+, please make sure your school quotes "AIPS+" on their purchase order to Normans.
They should also include your child's name, and your email address, so we can contact you regarding the free gift voucher.

I hope this has been informative for you - if you have any further questions, please do drop me a reply of give us a call on 01283 535 333.

Thanks,

Kind regards,
