Following on from this 3 star review below, can we make sure the level of noise when people are on the phone is not too high and not shouting around the office, especially to somebody across the other side of the room. Just to make it easier for people on the phone but also, the headsets we've got are good and pick up everything, so no doubt some customers hear some of the conversations that go on!
On line buying did not work. Phoned my order through,no problems thereafter.
Having attempted a small purchase online,after several changed passwords and some frustration,I phoned my order through.Phone was much quicker and no problem.However,the tele sales office sounded like the stock exchange over the phone with a lot of raised voices making it difficult for the girl helping me to hear and concentrate.Two more errors occurred in the mayhem.Got there in the end.Very good that sales sounded busy?
