So, DPD are now slowly putting onto their tracking information... pictures! Not every tracking will have this yet, but some are starting to.
Sounds dodgy however it will help when we get the customers that are saying they didn't come to my house etc. And then we'll know if they did go to the wrong house! If the drivers leave a card, then they will take a picture of the front door. You'll be able to see this On the "VIEW IMAGE" link on the tracking page. One for example is this one

They'll also be taking pictures of the "safe place" if the customer chooses this option. If they've left it with a neighbour, they will take a picture of the neighbours house! (Not the actual neighbour!)
