Hi All,

Below is an explanation of the current locations and requirements for clearance:

These warehouse and bin combinations should no longer be used for clearance stock:

Warehouse = 01D - BIN = CLEARANCE

Warehouse = 05 - BIN = CLEARANCE

If the item has been returned to us and can be sold as new again then it should be transferred back into stock as any other new item would be, for example booking it into 01D and putting the item in location H02B01.

For items with damaged packaging etc. that can not be sold as new, these should now be transferred into warehouse 05 but into the following locations (depending on where the item has been placed) instead of just 05 CLEARANCE.

New locations:

C01, C02, C03, C04, C05 & C06

Location 'CFL' (Floor) is also available for items that cannot go onto the shelf location listed above.

This should enable us to keep clearance a bit tidier, keep track of the stock better and also enable the warehouse to pick orders with relative ease, as opposed to trying to look at an entire set of racking just to find something like an FX pedal.

If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to give me a nudge and I'll do my best to give you an answer.
