Thankyou to those who gave their input regarding 'What is good Customer Service?' recently.
Following on from this, Hazel and I have planned some Customer Service training sessions for next month, so this is just a preliminary message to let you know that they will be taking place and confirm dates. Please see groups below, Morning sessions will be 10:00am-12:00pm and Afternoon ones 2:00pm-4:00pm. I will send you all an iCalendar meeting invite to confirm.
You do not need to do any preparation for the training but please bring along a pad and pen to make any notes.
Hopefully these sessions will help improve all of our Customer Service skills and raise the bar in terms of how we deal with our customers.
