Anything in Europe that can go via DPD's classic road service, the Warehouse assume everything is checked with the shipping prices.
Anything outside of Europe we need to get a shipping quote. From now on, we're only to use InExpress's website to get a shipping quote. Please do not use FedEx's website separately, as their shipping charges are often incorrect and can change from point of quote, to when we actually ship the goods. Plus Dan said that in most cases, DHL tend to be cheaper than FedEx when going through InExpress!!

On getting your shipping quote, we're now to add 10% and this is what we will be quoting the customers. Once the goods are picked, the Warehouse will check the invoice to make sure the correct price has been charged against their own quote which they'll get when they book it through InExpress. If there are any large discrepancies, then they will speak to whoever took the order to find out why!
Please where possible note on the ticket the price you were originally quoted so we can double check!
