Please when getting shipping quotes from Advance Forwarding or other couriers copy Hemehra in on the emails or let her know the quote amount as we've had a couple where she has checked the invoice when they have charged us, and they have charged us more than originally said they quoted.
Also Sales, i know it's longer but please double check actual weight and volumetric weight as they charge us for the higher of the 2. So if it's 50kg actual weight but 70kg volumetric, they charge us the volumetric weight.
