Tuesday 8th July pBone

Thursday 10th July Yamaha 
10:00 - Yamaha presents the Saxophone - a Live demonstration by Nik Carter

13:30 - Introducing the Saxophone family - enjoy the sounds of the saxophone range demonstrated by Nik Carter

Friday 11th July pBone

Saturday 12th July Louder Than Life

Hazel has sent the dates which you will be at the event. (Copied below)

Monday: Andy if you could collect the Van from 1 ish. I've given sales a copy of what we are taking. If anyone want to see what we are taking please ask. 

Tuesday: Ladies if you could meet at my house for 6.40/45 am as we have to be at the event for 7.30 am set-up. Jack I know you and Andy have spoke about were he is collecting you.

Wednesday: Jez is driving so he'll pick Jack and Becki up. I would say be at Birmingham for 8.00 am. This will give you time to get the instruments out of the store room and set everything up.

Thursday: I'll pick Hazel then Nabz up. I'll set off for about 7.00 am, should be with Hazel and Nab for about 7.15/20 am.

Friday: Again I'll set off about 7.00 am. I'll pick John up from this house. Diana if you could meet us in Tesco (with a coffee lol) at 7.15/20 am.

Lizzie I need the Van picking up on Friday around lunch time from Practical Van hire (DE14 1RZ) If Kayleigh could bring you into work, then you could drop the van off at my house.

Saturday: Jack, if you could meet me at Normans for 7.15 am. We'll hope in the van and pick Heidi up for about 7.30. If you could show her this tomorrow please.

The events last session starts at around 5-5.30 each day, so I think around this time we'll close the event down for the night.

I would recommend that you bring a pack lunch with you as I'm not sure how each day will be. They do have a sandwich shop at the symphony hall but they won't be cheap. If we have free periods then you are more than welcome to go out and find a Tesco's etc.
