So, all you need to do is copy this into the ticket.... [Link display text](http://www.sampleurl.com)
So to do the above, all you need to is where is "Link display text" write what you what the link to say. So on our signature's now it says "here" and then the link is clickable. In the 2nd set of brackets - type the URL (webpage address - just copy and paste!)
It should work like the above! (maybe try a test ticket to make sure you've got the hang of it?!)
Also, you can also do bullet points and numbered lists - as below :)
* Bullet one (don't forget a space after the asterisk)
* Bullet two
1. Step one (don't forget a space after the full stop)
2. Step two
You can also **bold** and *italicize* text. Using 2 stars for bold before and after the word ** hello ** (no spaces!) and one star either side for italicize * hello * (no spaces!)
You can also link images and also include images if needed (shout as we can go through if you really need to do this)
