Mainly Sales but when you're taking an order and delivery method is Arrow, please ensure you take a mobile and home phone number so that Arrow have every chance of contacting them for delivery.
Soon, we're moving to a 48 hour delivery, and they will need a mobile number to text them about the delivery, as with DPD.
I'll let you know when that happens and the process however please make sure a mobile number is taken, they always do prefer the mobile number anyway.
