Hello, I have just received my order T080415662 and wanted to thank you for the very excellent service. 
I wanted to add to the customer reviews but could not find an easy way to get into it on the website. (not very good with computers !) 
Anyway, from my initial telephone enquiry, through the telesales/ordering department to the next day delivery (also on time, by a cheerful delivery driver.. quite rare!) 
Everything went smoothly and to plan. Thanks again, next time I need any musical “stuff” I will certainly be dealing with Normans!
