I just wanted to say thank you for an amazing customer experience
Everything from finding what I needed on your website, great video tutorials, ordering, choosing my own delivery slot to suit me, putting the piano stand together myself from great easy instructions (unheard of for me as I am not practical at all) and all this happening in a few days!
The entire process has been an utterly seamless process and I cannot wait until Wednesday 12th August when my daughter receives the piano for her 12th birthday.
